Nile Rodgers + Chic
Nile Rodgers is a musical icon — a composer, producer, arranger, and guitarist whose unmistakable groove has shaped generations. Inducted into both the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and the Songwriters Hall of Fame, and honored with a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, he also serves as Apple Music’s Producer-in-Residence and Chairman of the Songwriters Hall of Fame.
As co-founder of CHIC, Rodgers redefined the sound of pop, disco, and dance with era-defining anthems like “Le Freak,” the biggest-selling single in the history of Atlantic Records, and “Good Times,” the track that helped launch the hip-hop revolution. His influence extended through the CHIC Organization’s iconic productions including “We Are Family” by Sister Sledge and “I’m Coming Out” by Diana Ross.
