All tickets will be mobile tickets. You must download your ticket via the Ticketmaster app before arrival.
There is no lost/found property location at the festival. If you are unfortunate enough to lose a personal item, please note that all property recovered by stewards is passed to Police Scotland and available to collect from the Monday after the festival. You can call them on 101 to check if your item has been found.

Yes! There is no official cycle parking at the event but, there are locations around Glasgow Green and in the City Centre.
A wide range of food and drink offerings will be available at the festival that caters to all dietary requirements. Menus and pricing will be available on the app closer to the festival.
No, chairs are in our prohibited items list. There will be various seating areas around the festival. If you need a chair for medical reasons, please reach out to our Accessibility Team here.
Small bags (under A4 size) are permitted, however, please make sure you are bringing in essential items only. For a full list of what is permitted/prohibited into the festival read here.
The Box Office opens at 11am and closes at 9.30pm each day
We only permit ticket resale at face value through Ticketmaster Fan to Fan Exchange. Please do not use ticket sites such as Ebay, Gumtree, Stubhub, Viagogo where tickets may be available at hugely inflated prices. Buying through these websites also run the risk of being sold tickets that may not actually exist.
Rockstar Energy presents TRNSMT is 16+ so, no under 16s will be permitted entry. A challenge 25 policy will be in operation at the event. You should expect to produce a valid, in date photographic ID.
Tickets will be available in your Ticketmaster app the week before the festival.

Soft collapsible water bottles or folding pouches are permitted on site. Please ensure these are empty upon arrival and you don’t bring hard plastic, glass or metal bottles.
We are a cashless festival so you can only use you bank card/contactless.
There is no re-entry once you’re in the festival site.
No. Alcohol is classed as a prohibited item, therefore if you are trying to bring this into the festival you may be refused entry. The list of prohibited items can be found here.
The following types of valid, in-date, original photographic ID are acceptable at the festival:
UK or International Full or Provisional Driving Licence
UK or International Passport (no photocopies or expired passports)
National Proof of Age Standards Scheme card with the PASS hologram (e.g. Young Scot, CitizenCard, My ID Card)
